I ended up expanding my alphaToCoverage sample (https://kai.graphics/alpha-to-coverage-emulator/), and now I think it's out of scope for this repo, so this replaces it with external sample pointing to my own site.
Also allows sample iframes to go fullscreen (my sample has a fullscreen button).
