Rewrites the organization's README to be more comprehensive and welcoming. This change includes: - A clear "About" section explaining the purpose of UnoForge. - "Core Projects" and "Ecosystem" sections to showcase the tools. - "Contributing" and "Community" sections to encourage involvement.
