and populate it so we no longer need a shared object that is "dumb" - instead we can "enlighten" it by transforming it into a manager for the SwitchContext instances

Adding `switchblock` namespace. Committing directly to main to support commit #3 directly from browser (will run compilation tests and checks automatically and then verify on home device.

Looks good for now. Namespace added to meet requirements of the main project. Ready for merging. Approved
