How about removing "or more"? Corresponding to the "a second layer of security" description in line 230.

"mandatory" is a little bit confusing. How about adjust it as follows, if the following description applies to Dedicated?

- Dual-layer encryption is enabled by default for TiDB Cloud Dedicated clusters, and you cannot disable it.
