Description

The JEFF 4.0 and JENDL 5 nuclear data libraries introduce a number of new thermal scattering evaluations. This PR updates our list of recognized thermal scattering names so that when you run ThermalScattering.from_njoy on one of the JEFF 4.0 or JENDL 5 evaluations, it knows the correct name to assign to it.
