This commit re-adds the user-defined signatures (and signature sets) information for F5 WAF for NGINX policy. Like other features, the content has been rewritten for clarity, as opposed to directly copied from the prior NGINX App Protect WAF documentation set. The commit also addresses some markdown problems in a related file.
