Goal
The goal of this change is to introduce an experiment on the OAuth Instructional text. Does having a more specific set of instructions with an image/visual help drive users to greater success rates?

Technically all of this code is temporary, to prove the worth of diving in deeper or not. If success rates are significantly better, we know we're on the right track for difficult OAuth providers.
A few images have been added, temporarily, that are specific for Wells Fargo. If this experiment goes well, we'll consider how to provide images for any institution that has specific OAuth instructions. We're hard-coding right now for speed.
