Changes

• added focus to inputs if there is an error

Testing instructions

• Go through the MD flow and when you get to the verify screen don't input the amounts and click continue. Focus should now move to the first input.
• No harm testing

@ash-wright123 When testing this locally, the focus is not getting into either input, it stays on the submit button.

Nevermind, it was cached in my browser, this works as expected.
