ci: Switch workflow from 'development' branch to 'main'

What Has Changed

• The Android Kit Regression Checks workflow was previously set to run on the development branch, but since main is now the primary branch for active development, the workflow has been updated to use main.

Would this use the main branch for the kit submodules as well?
If so, are all the kits using main as the default branch?
