VM setup uses scribe

this PR moves the instructions for the creation of the student VM from the markdown content to scribe

pros :

• scribe removes the hassle of taking the screenshots, uploading them to the repo or a cloud storage, linking them in the content and organising them alongside the text instructions

cons :

• content is not git tracked and can be updated without review
• scribe hides parts of the screenshots depending on the aspect ratio of the browser window

I'm curious to see how students will react to it. Is Scribe being utilised for this use case in other programs?

I think it is the first time we do so. We had used it internally in order to document the usage of Metabase for the teams
