This pull request adds functionality to control a Sphero Bolt using WebSocket commands. Key changes include:

WebSocket Setup: Establishes a WebSocket connection to the Sphero server.
Command Sending with Debounce: Implements a mechanism to send commands at a slower refresh rate to avoid spamming.
