feat: remove part 3 from making the grade

This PR removes task 3 as it does not teach anything that was not already taught in part 1.

I will probably move part 4 and 5 and put them in a range based for loop exercise.

This PR touches files which potentially affect the outcome of the tests of an exercise. This will cause all students' solutions to affected exercises to be re-tested.
