[Sibiu-2026] - This PR adds the Call for Papers, sets the event dates, updates the sponsors, and introduces the location page.
In addition, it updates the Synchromind sponsor logo for current and future events. To preserve historical accuracy, past events (e.g. 2022) have been explicitly pinned to the synchromind-before-20260103 sponsor entry, in line with the DevOpsDays sponsorship and historical data policy
