Add MSVC support for 20 items

  • The feature test macro for P0905 is predefined, but I can't find further information.
  • According to STL Changelog
    • MSVC 19.28 includes P1643
    • MSVC 19.29 includes P1638, P1862, P1994
• C++23
  • According to Microsoft C/C++ language conformance
    • P1787 Yes
    • MSVC 19.36 includes P2468
    • MSVC 19.50 includes P1949, P2156, P2223, P2266, P2290, P2579
  • According to STL Changelog
    • MSVC 19.37 includes P2736
    • MSVC 19.38 includes P1642
    • MSVC 19.42 includes P2585
• C++26
  • According to STL Changelog
    • MSVC 19.38 includes P2013, P2198, P2338
    • MSVC 19.42 includes P2407

I've checked the reference correctness of all features prior to C++23 for MSVC in 2025.2. I'll check all remaining features if I have time.
