Renamed plex-analyze.cli to plex-analyze.py. Usage of reanalyzeItem.sh.
Wasn't using the default Plex Library path.

This version of plex-analyze-cli.py calls for analysis on multiple files at a time letting Plex handle them. This improves speed.
