Update the matching script to allow FoF halos to be matched. This is actually pretty trivial, we just read in the
FOFGroupIDsfrom the snapshots instead of theGroupNr_boundvalues from the membership files. Most of the changes in this PR are just variables names to make the script more generic. I've added an example script for matching fof catalogues in COLIBRE.
