docs: Add Linear integration documentation and demo video plan

This PR adds comprehensive documentation for the Linear integration and a detailed demo video plan.

• Created /docs/roo-code-cloud/linear-integration.mdx with accurate Linear integration documentation
• Added Linear integration to sidebar navigation in sidebars.ts
• Created /docs/roo-code-cloud/linear-integration-demo-plan.md with detailed video production plan

Key Corrections

Based on code review of the actual implementation, the following inaccuracies from the original instructions have been corrected:

1. Settings Location: Integration is configured in Organization Settings (not per-project settings)
2. Mention Format: The agent is mentioned as @Roo Code or @roocode (not @roo-code as originally stated)
3. Trigger Configuration: Triggers are not configurable - the integration works via:
   • Assigning issues to the "Roo Code" user
   • Mentioning the agent in issue comments
4. Account Linking: First-time users must complete a one-time account linking flow
5. OAuth Flow: Uses OAuth authentication (no manual API key configuration)

Demo Video Plan

The demo plan includes:

• Complete scene-by-scene breakdown (3-5 minute video)
• Corrected information based on actual implementation
• Production notes and technical requirements
• Post-production checklist
• Distribution strategy

This internal video production planning document will be publicly accessible once deployed, even though it's not in the sidebar. Docusaurus builds all files in the docs/ folder. Consider moving this file outside the docs/ directory (e.g., to a .planning/ or internal/ folder at the repo root), or prefix it with an underscore (_linear-integration-demo-plan.md) to exclude it from the build.
