Removes the Beta designation from the Intercom integration across all documentation. This includes updating titles, removing "contact us to enable" requirements, renaming "Beta Limitations" to "Known Limitations", moving Intercom from the Beta Integrations section to Available Integrations, and updating the doc-collections card title. Also adds a note clarifying that Intercom is currently only supported for publishing, with potential future support for using it as a context source or trigger.
