Added function object for calculating axis aligned bounding box spans of a given isotherm using cell-cell stencils across control volume faces. These isotherm points can be rotated at an optional angle in the x-y plane given the 'scanPathAngle' arguement to make the bounding boxes oriented with melt pool dimensions.
