Present Tense

This release introduces a completely new CMake build system that is much easier to use that the old CMake system would have been, if it worked at all. Also provides completely new README files with installation instructions that actually describe the current release, not some long vanished version. Compatible with v5.0.0 of the SheafSystem.

Scoped Headers

This release updates the Programmer's Guide examples for compatibility with scoped headers in SheafSystem v5.0.0.
