Rationale
The domain form field editor conditional format modal had its own implementation of the react-color picker. This PR updates that to use our shared ColorPickerInput component.
In updating the @labkey/components package version in platform modules, the Sample Type designer was hitting an error on save because of a recent change to validation of the sample type model properties for metricUnit (which is required in the apps but not in LKS).
