Now clears the window, activates window, and hides mouse pointer whilst blanking. Existing code to use blitter copy/rectfill was commented, as glitter code was not working right. (Prior commented code for CPU alternative was restored)

Updates to get the AROS blanker at actually work on V4SA
Most of the changes were simple formatting so indentations etc make better reading
Also removed some redundant code from main display loop (still in source as comments)
