This PR migrates the project to a new Maven Central Portal by upgrading the root-pom version, updating the SCM URL, and removing redundant SCM properties.
- Upgraded parent POM from 1.0.11 to 1.1.0
- Updated the SCM URL in the scm block
- Removed scm.url, scm.connection, and scm.developerConnection properties
