Make charts great again.

I'm sorry these have been broken for so long. I want these to be a big part of the plugin. Great looking scoreboards, top lists, stats, markets, etc. are the reason I created the plugin. I promise I will make them great again.

• Testable - I can easily find bugs and make improvements.
• Flexable - Easy to make new types of charts.
• Customisable - Easy to style charts to your theme.
• Efficient - Render initial chart server-side for fast loads.
• Responsive - Widgets can resize and look good, can be placed in custom pages.
• Pretty - Has animations, tooltips, adjustable ranges.

Going to delay this again, I don't think many people use these, and it's taking a lot time better spent on other issues.
