Migrate PHP code to GH Pages

GH Pages only serves static content. Hence, all PHP functionality won't be supported.

However, GH Pages includes a static processor called Jekyll, which provides subset of PHP functionality, such as templates.

So the plan would be to convert PHP to Jekyll templates.
