Opening a new tab from Opencode breaks relative numbers

Thanks for making this great plugin! Really enjoying it!

I found that if I open a new tab of a file via telescope when on the Opencode, relative number breaks (actually, generally the line numbers broken). Funnily enough, even in a tab where relative numbers are still working, if i open the file with the issue, it's still broken.
