Thank you for developing such a useful tool — it has been very helpful for my research.

I have a question regarding the output of amrfinder. I understand that the first three columns represent genomic coordinates. However, I am not sure how to interpret the 4th and 5th columns. I could not find an explanation in the online documentation (https://dnmtools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/amrfinder/
).

For example, in my results I see entries like:
22 14820649 14820886 AMR72:9 0.000687695 +
22 14948804 14949214 AMR75:11 0.0014018 +
22 15308166 15308517 AMR78:11 0.00315501 +
22 17569201 17569346 AMR82:10 0.00226585 +
22 17836505 17836735 AMR83:9 0.0014389 +

Could you please clarify what the 4th and 5th columns represent?

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
