Use React Lua for UI #90

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Satchel dates back to the 2015 Roblox Backpack CoreGui and uses less than optimal code for manually handling UI logic and responsiveness. This causes it to be hard to add anything new and the main module to be extremely long.
Describe the solution you'd like
Satchel to switch over to React Lua to handle the UI. This of course would require a complete rewrite of Satchel to be effective.
