How can I have consistent shortcuts between a laptop and keyboard-with-numpad?

I've got some shortcuts for window placement that look like ⌃⌥⌘1

The trouble comes in from the difference between my laptop and my keyboard with a number pad, when syncing configurations through iCloud. Basically, if I set the keyboard shortcut with the number pad, then the top numbers don't work on the laptop. If I set the shortcut with the top numbers, either location, then the number pad doesn't work. There is no visual indicator in the settings which of these two cases is currently set, and I have to switch between them by setting new shortcuts each time I change from a desktop to a laptop mode.

Is there a way to set both of these keyboard patterns to act as the same shortcut?

Currently the only way to do this is to duplicate all of your keyboard shortcuts in recreated sizes & positions in Custom Size & Position, which would be quite tedious if you have a lot. I'll add it to my backlog to create a toggle where you can have Rectangle Pro sync numpad shortcuts with number row shortcuts automatically without additional configuration.
