Homepage appears to list duplicate items

Problem

Right now, an item that appears in multiple wishlists looks like a duplicate on the root page (see screenshot below). This is because there's no indicator that the two wishlist items belong to different wishlists.

Discussion

The goal is to make these not look like duplicates. Maybe we could note the wishlist on the partial? Color code it? Something else?

Does anyone have any ideas?

I think it should be merged and displayed "Needed 4 by DC General
Needed 2 by Alaska", then prompt user when he pledges where he wants it to go.

@K4sku Thanks for the enthusiasm! This issue needs some discussion before we'll be ready to choose a design, but the tangible examples are helpful. 🙂
