Set up code climate test coverage

In the theme of adding shiny status buttons to the README, let's start measuring/displaying our test coverage!

Here are instructions for getting Code Climate test coverage set up. This will probably entail:

• Setting up simplecov locally
• Setting up the test reporter with Travis (example config)
• Adding the code climate test coverage badge to the README
