Can rule search correspond last rector release?

Cannot find rule SortNamedParamRector, but did find rule SortCallLikeNamedArgsRector, which is only in the main rector branch.
So the last release 2.2.14 does not have rule SortCallLikeNamedArgsRector

At least notice about that would be great.
