Side buttons don't focus next or done buttons in setup fragments on TV

What the title says kinda explains it all

Expected behavior

Like most other windows the side dpad button should be able to focus the next buttons once you select something so you don't have to scroll all the way down.

Also many focus issues on TV in create new account (or edit account) dialog, and then the contrast of the profile image is so hard to see (on dark mode even) you can't tell what you are changing it to. Also on extension select, holding down the down dpad button to scroll fast causes it to flicker and refocus on an item you dont want it to. I can create seperate issues for these though.
