Wire - Poor Feedback When Extending it Too Far

When the tension of a wire is too high, or the user extended it too far, the wire bounces back to the other end to prevent high tension or the wire being extended too far. The problem is it just teleports backwards and the user loses control of it. It works but I feel like it isn't communicated well what actually happened and looks weird to new users.
