Create a Skill for Claude Code with AI guidance from this repo

This issue tracks the creation of a Skill to be used with Claude Code to streamline development & rapid prototyping with PatternFly best practices. This would allow a lower barrier to entry as a common Skill can be automatically referenced by Claude as needed rather than needing to clone directories into new projects, and also allows testing some cleanup based on the following feedback:

• Context7 is not really good with PF6. It often select older patterns and snippets from PF5, then it's a mess in the code. Looking for "Patternfly" comes back with too many results, no specific version..
• MCPs are great but consume a lot of tokens, now with Claude Code this option provides an alternative solution based on existing documentation.
