Form Handlers are completely missing from docs

Hi all,

I'm looking to retrieve a list of form handlers that includes all fields and options set per form handler, and this is missing entirely from documentation - and, I assume, from the API.

Please advise.

To get a list of these, I look at the Visitor Activities of Type 4, loop through the results building a catalog of Form Handlers.
Incomplete and programatically expensive, but it's the only way I've found thus far to get to a list of Form Handlers.
