@contr315 I’m very sorry for what happened. However, after more than 6 months of inactivity on a free plan, we sent you several emails explaining that, to stop the deletion process, it would have been sufficient to log into your reserved area and restart the node (as other users in the same situation did). Over these 6 months, we never received any response to our communications. One week ago, we sent you another email, giving you a final opportunity to restart your node and avoid losing your database, but we received neither a reply nor the requested restart. As a result, the automatic cleanup procedure for unused nodes was executed, and the node was removed. I sincerely regret the situation, but from our side we believe we acted in good faith and did everything reasonably possible to prevent any inconvenience to you. |

I can't believe a DB company would do this. I had a DB that I had not used for 6 months, but still had valid data. I was out of the country on a trip. One week before deletion, they sent an email saying they would delete it. It went into my spam and I didn't see it. Then I get an email it's deleted and can't be recovered. As a DBA of 30+ years, this is mind-blowing to me. It's very hard to believe this is a legitimate company with policies like this. Please help me get my data back.
