Suddenly huge numbers incoming #1246

Describe the bug
From one day to the other, OpenScale v3.0 reports an increase of several thousand kilograms. Note that also the date is far in the future.
To Reproduce
This happens after several days of good usage with v3.0. It occurred already a few weeks ago but managed to recover somehow. Now, about a two weeks later, it happens again. I do not know what triggered it or how to get rid of it.
I have tried...
- modifying the user profile (height)
- re-pairing the scale
- uninstalling and re-installing the app
All of this did not remove the effect.
I have used previous version of OpenScale with my scale for several years.

Expected behavior
Figures should not increase by several thousand kilograms.
Additional context
If I use my scale without the app, weight and fat percentage are shown on the scale. If I use the app and are connected via bluetooth, the weight is correctly shown on the scale (not in the app), but fat percentage measurement takes a long time and results in "--" on the scale.

Debug log
I did not find Settings -> About -> Save debug log to file, so here is my measurement from logcat. (it is a new one from latest dev release, not the one shown in the screenshots from some weeks ago).
