SS3 office hours time adjustment for non-US based users

We (the SS3 team) currently hold office hours at 3 pm ET / 12 pm PT. However, we recognize that we have many SS3 users in Europe and Australia, so we would like to gauge interest in periodically having office hours that are geared for those time zones. The Europe-optimized office hours would occur at 7 am  PT / 10 am ET / 4 pm CEST (UTC+2). The Australia-optimized office hours would occur at 8:30 am AEDT (UTC+11) / 2:30 pm PT / 5:30 pm PT.
