Separate 'Add Contact' with 'Send screenshot'

It would make sense for their to be the ability to add a contact(pending some approval) and then send a screenshot. A user may not immediately want to send a screenshot but may wish to add a contact. 

Consider two different buttons. Each with different workflows. The first to allow adding a contact. The second to allow sending a screenshot.
