Add select screen shortcuts

It is inconvenient to have to

1. Pre-position my screen in some window or app
2. Move to ScreenShare app
3. Select the appropriate screen
4. Click Capture

Create a pre-configured shortcut that highlights the screen at the instance the shortcut is created. Similar to Apple keyboard shortcuts for screenshots (cmd+shift+5)
