Improve repository-filter: support wildcards and case sensitivity

The repository-filter currently is just a whitelist. This should be changed to be more intuitive and allow for more customization by users.

Definition of Done

• Implement * as a wildcard for flexible filtering.
• Add option to toggle case sensitivity.
• Ensure the filter is intuitive and user-friendly.
