pip and conda install

Hi guys, thanks for make this repo. I think it would be nicer if you support pip and conda for this lib.

This project is already available in pip repo. https://pypi.python.org/pypi/MCL_Markov_Cluster
I've never used conda but I think I'll take a look. thanks for the advice.
