jspreadsheet version 5 doesn't have tabs property?

I'm trying to upgrade from version 4 to version 5.
For our integration, it doesn't make sense to have multiple worksheets.
Because of that I'm trying to hide the tabs option to navigate between worksheets.
I see here that I should have a tabs property available:

But it seems to have multiple types definitions:

and if I try to add in our code:
I get a type error:

I actually hope I will be able to do: "tabs: false"
Am I missing something?
