Makefile for compilation on Windows

I try to compile the demo version on Windows. 

I attain the step by generating the ELF file but it is stopped at the list file generation. 
The LIST command is not recognize. 

I need the image in order to flash it on an SD card.  Can I copy the elf file on the sd card ?
