SVE (not SVE2) support is not implemented #8872
Description
Although Target::SVE feature is defined, scalable vector support in CodeGen_ARM is only for SVE2 at the moment.
Please note, if you run some function compiled for SVE2 on a CPU with SVE but without SVE2, SIGILL could occur depending on what instructions it has.
