"command not found" for all commands on v2.6.2

Issue:
Every command executed results in a "not found" error. E.g. command 'codeSync.toggleStatusBar' not found, command 'codeSync.setSyncPath' not found, etc.

Resolution:
Downgraded to 2.6.1

I'm getting this on 2.7.3 and 2.7.2 too. VSCode OSS 1.53.2 on Linux
