Cloudflare multi-worker `wrangler` instrumentation infinite loop

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone repo
2. pnpm i
3. pnpm repro
4. Try to access worker at localhost:8787. I updated the script to do this for you

Expected Result

Code should run as normal and not crash.

Actual Result

Infinite loop, crash, code doesn't work.

Thanks for reporting this and for the reproduction, it seems like there is something in the CF workers environment that also instruments the console object.

I will investigate and report back

yes, sorry I put it in the readme but not in the issue! when there's multiple workers, Cloudflare instruments console to prefix logs with the worker name to differentiate them
