Odd use case for select drop down

I have been fighting with this for 2 days due to how odd this case is, but it will be the most used select form in our admin portal so I desperately need it to work.

Models

• tenants

  • has the ID i need
  • This has a primary_domain relationship to find a domain

• domains

  • Has the text i need to display
  • This has a tenant_id column

This is what I see now. It is searching the ad text only on the tenant ID and displaying the tenant ID.

I need it to search the text on the domains as well and display the domain name as the text. Here is my code.

Figured this out. It was the relationship call that killed it.
