Adapt CommonsToken to use MathSafe library

## Description
Currently the math seems to work OK on the operations performed. I was not able to overflow any attributes but it would be great if all the operations would be performed with safe math library just to be sure given the contract importance. 

## Steps to resolve
1. Implement MathSafe library
